Veeva, Merck Sign Long-term Digital Strategy Agreement

Veeva Systems, a cloud-based software provider for the life sciences industry, is forming a new 10-year strategic partnership agreement with Merck that builds on their existing 12-year partnership. Per the deal, Veeva will be providing Merck with a strategic pricing approach and Merck will have input into Veeva’s product roadmap.

According to the involved parties, the partnership helps accelerate Merck’s digital strategy and makes it more efficient for Merck to evaluate, purchase, operate, and create value from Veeva's products and services.
